Position Overview

Join the core team at Hiring Fast! We are seeking an energetic Recruiter to review candidate CVs, conduct initial WhatsApp/phone screenings, and coordinate interviews with our corporate and tutoring partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Screen incoming candidate profiles submitted via WhatsApp and portal.
• Conduct 10-15 minute pre-qualification interviews.
• Shortlist best fits and coordinate client interviews within 24 hours.
• Post daily job vacancies and update social channels (@HiringFastPK).

Candidate Requirements

• Strong interpersonal, telephone, and coordination skills.
• Passionate about helping candidates find employment quickly.
• Organized, tech-savvy, and quick on WhatsApp communication.
